Trailer Crushes 15 Pupils of Babs Fafunwa Secondary schooI in Lagos State

There is currently a tension in Ojodu Axis of Lagos State after a trailer crushed fifteen (15) children of Junior Grammar School Ojodu, Lagos.

The incident took place on Tuesday along Ogunusi Road, Grammar School bus stop, Lagos State.

According to reports, the accident was caused by LASTMA/VIO who were pursuing a Trailer and the driver ran into school children coming out of school and crushed about 15 of them.

It was learnt that the pupils were going home after closing time and wanted to cross the road when the truck ran over them. The driver was reportedly chased to the Ogba area where he was arrested.

A social media user, Ayo Deji who shared the news warned motorists to avoid the areas where the incident happened. “Avoid Ogunnusi road, Berger area. Trailer killed 15 kids few minutes ago and the people have blocked the road.

“I have never witnessed such a terrible scene in my life. I saw about 15 pupils lying lifeless on the floor. The incident occurred around 2 pm,” a commercial motorcyclist reported.
