Following the death of Sylvester Oromoni, the 12-year-old student of Dowen College who was bullied by other students for refusing to join their cult, concerned parents gather in numbers to have a candlelight service for the late aspiring pilot.
The act, however, was met with criticism as some social media users opined that the parents are more concerned about the school reopening rather than being sincere with their intentions.

“They ain’t remorseful. Still insisting on false press release. Where is the management’s conscience?? The candle night means nothing. Any sane parent should never allow their children go to that evil den!”, a user wrote.
Another user wrote, “All these alabosi behavior won’t matter if their kids are still taking online classes and they secretly want the school to resume their satanic activities.“.
“They just want their children to go back to school. They feel nothing“, another concerned users said.
