Nigerian Graduate Sells Popcorn In Lagos For 5 Years, Laments

A Nigerian Graduate identified as Alinwa Kingsley has taken to twitter to lament how he was convinced to come to Lagos state by his friends but he has been selling popcorn for 5 years, Siggy discloses.

The young man said he was advised by friends to relocate to Lagos that he would have a high chance of ‘making it’ over there, but since he arrived in the state, things turned out not as he had expected.

According to the graduate, he moved to Lagos five years ago, and has been frying, selling popcorn throughout those years.

He took to micro-blogging platform, Twitter to share his plight with social media users.

Kingsley wrote; ”And my friends told me, come to Lagos, you will make it, but I have been in this Lagos for 5yrs na only popcorn Popcorn I dey fry”

Meanwhile, in an earlier post, he spoke on how he was called for an interview only to realise that it was multi-level marketing, and he was told he will be paid N270k but then they said it is on the condition that he will bring two other people.
