Corps Member Seen Smoking on the Road in Full khaki Uniform (VIDEO)

A video showing an alleged NYSC corps member smoking hard while walking on a busy road has gone viral on the internet, Siggy reveals.

The corper could be seen in his full khaki uniform carrying a shoulder bag as she walks very seriously while he smokes.
