An Irksome Trip To Marewo Primary School, Gombe State (Pictures)

Marewo primary school is a school located in Akko L.G.A of Gombe State where over 500 pupils sit on the bare floor to read and write in an unpleasant condition. They have neither standard classrooms nor furniture.

According to Siggy who shared the photos online, the school which is built with mud and covered with a thatch roof hosts hundreds of children subjected to deplorable conditions, while in search of much-needed education.

These underprivileged children who are eager to learn, just like every other kid out there, need standard classrooms and furniture. Let’s recall that education is the right of every child.

People are calling on His Excellency, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, the Executive Governor of Gombe State to build standard structure for the needy children who want to get proper education.
